*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• National Passport: Valid for at least 3 months beyond the end of the planned journey. Application Form: Completed and signed, with a recent colour photo (5x3 cm) on a white background attached.
• Passport Copy: Including the identity page and most recent Schengen visa (if applicable) with stamps.
• Itinerary: A detailed itinerary covering your full travel plans.
• Hotel Reservation: Proof of accommodation for the entire stay within Belgium and other Schengen countries.
• Employment or School Proof: Letter from employer (indicating income and vacation days) or Business registration certificate (if self-employed) or Certificate from school for vacation days (if a student).
• Financial Proof: Evidence of sufficient personal funds, such as: Bank statement for the last three months, updated passbook, income tax documents, salary slips, or Form Annexe 3 bis for sponsorship.
• Parental Consent for Minors: Notarized affidavit with parental consent, apostilled, if a minor is traveling alone or with one parent.
• Travel Insurance: Must cover at least €30,000 and be valid for Belgium and other Schengen countries. Flight Ticket Reservation.
