*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Application FormFully completed in English or Bulgarian and signed in the last field. PassportValid for at least three (3) months beyond the planned departure date from Bulgaria.Minimum of two blank pages (back-to-back), issued within the last 10 years.No alterations or handwritten amendments on the data page. PhotographOne recent, full-colour photo (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) on a light background.Face occupies 70-80% of the image; no red-eye, dark glasses, or amateur-style photos.
• Proof of Residence (if applicable)lf residing outside your home country, submit a photocopy of the residency permit (e.g., valid Indian Residency Permit or return visa to India). Travel Medical Insurancelnsurance covering the entire period of stay in Bulgaria with a minimum coverage of EUR 30,000.For multiple-entry visas, submit a declaration of understanding for subsequent travel insurance needs.
• Cover LetterExplain the purpose of the visit, include itinerary, and detailed location(s) for the stay in Bulgaria. Means of Transportationprovide a return travel ticket or confirmed booking for air/sea/land transport.
• Proof of AccommodationHotel booking, private accommodation, or other proof of stay in Bulgaria on the applicant's name. Proof of Social and Professional StatusFor Employees: Letter from the employer on official letterhead detailing position, years in service, leave approval, and salary for the last three months.For Business Owners/self-employed: Visa request letter on official letterhead along with company registration documents.For Students: Letter from school/university approving leave and a copy of valid ID.
• Proof of Sufficient FundsShow financial resources amounting to at least EUR 50 per day or a minimum of EUR 500 for the stay.lnclude bank statements (last three months), proof of prepaid tourist services, and income tax returns (last three years). Income Tax ReturnsSubmit the last three years' income tax acknowledgments (ITR/ITR-V). Additional Requirements for Minor TravelersBirth certificate and legal guardianship documents (if applicable).Notarized consent from both parents/legal guardians for unaccompanied minors, including passport/lD copies of the consenting parties.
• Passport CopyCopy of the current passport, including data pages, and pages with previous visas. Previous PassportsOriginals of previous passports or proof of loss (if applicable). Important Notes:Applicants on their first trip to Bulgaria/schengen rnust apply in person.Representatives must provide a letter of authorization from the applicant, along with a copy of their photo ID.Applications can be submitted no earlier than three (3) months prior to departure.The applicant bears responsibility for the accuracy of all application information.
