*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Embassy Visa Fee: €5,438 (Subject to change as per the Embassy's monthly exchange rate.) Note: The Embassy visa fee must be paid by the applicant personally on the day of the appointment through the Embassy's designated QR Code payment system. The Embassy fee is non-refundable.
• Passport • Original Passport (minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel). • Clear photocopy of the first and last page. • If holding another nationality, copy of valid Indian Visa and latest entry stamp.
  Visa Application • Duly filled Visa Application Form (printed on one sheet, double-sided). • One recent passport-size photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, white background, without spectacles, forehead & ears visible, no bindi/tikka, face covering approximately 80% of the photograph).
  
• Employment Documents (For Salaried Applicants) • Original Company Cover Letter mentioning: Designation • Date of Joining Purpose of Visit Travel Dates • Leave Approval • Confirmation of Employment • Copy of PAN Card or Passport of the authorized signatory. • Original Salary Slips of the last 3 months (stamped & signed).
  Self-Employed Applicants • Business Registration Certificate. • GST / Shop Act / Incorporation Certificate (if applicable). • Business Proof.
• • Business Bank Statement (if applicable). Personal Financial Documents • Original Personal Cover Letter explaining the purpose and duration of travel. • Original Personal Bank Statement for the last 3 months (stamped & signed by the bank). • Previous Financial Year's Income Tax Return (ITR) Acknowledgement.
• Additional Documents (If Applicable) Spouse Sponsored
