- In English or Norwegian – Ifind an other language,translations must be provided by anauthorized translator,with details on the translator and date.
- After completing the checklist – sign and attach to your application.Submit the document in the following order:
- Original passport and previous passports – Must be valid for atleast 3months be yond intended travel,Issued within the last10years and contain atleast two blank pages.
- Passport-sizephoto – White background,noolderthansixmonths,size35x40mm. Signed harmonized application form – Printout from the UDI online application portal.
- Valid travel medical insurance – Coverage of atleast EUR30,000 for the stay in the Schengenarea. Detailson UDI's website.
- Confirmed booking of roundtrip airticket – Include travel dates (max90days) and correct number of entries,Do not buy theticket before the visa is granted.Visa validity wil lmatch
