Appointment: Online Appointment Letter
Passport: Scanned copy of first and last page of Passport
Photographs: 2 recently clicked photographs with specifications: 35x45mm, White Background, 80% Face Coverage, Matte Finish.
Notes: Do not wear a white color shirt. Mention applicant's name & passport number behind each photograph. Forehead should be clear, ears & shoulders must be visible, teeth not visible, without spectacles (received glossy paper photo). -
Flight Ticket: Confirmed or tentative
Accommodation: Hotel Booking
Cover Letter: Original request letter on Indian company letterhead with stamp and signature
Education Proof: Original Degree Certificate
Bank Statement: Last 3 months (Minimum closing balance: ₹2,00,000) bearing bank signature and stamp -
Financial/Employment Proof: ITR / GST Returns / Salary Slips (Salary slips must include signature and stamp)
Leave Approval: Leave Letter
Itinerary: Day-to-Day Travel Itinerary -
Identity Documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card
Contact Details: Contact number and email ID
Note
Personal Submission: We will schedule the appointment; however, the applicant must personally visit the consulate on the scheduled date for document submission.
Visa Fees: Approx. ₹11,000
Insurance: Additional insurance charges to be paid at the counter as per age (approx. ₹1,000 up to 40 years of age; premiums vary for applicants above 40 years of age).
Total Estimated Cost (Visa fee + VFS charges + Insurance): Approx. ₹15,000 - ₹16,000
Service Charges: ₹1,180 (inclusive of all taxes)
Pilgrimage Rules:
Applicants can perform Umrah on a Saudi Tourist Visa.
Hajj cannot be performed on a Saudi Tourist Visa.
Refund Policy: Visa fees and insurance charges are non-refundable once paid.
Additional Verification: Additional documents may be requested by immigration after visa processing.
