• Online application form Visa fee receipt (RS 9600/- Personal covering letter Photograph - 35mm*45mm white background, 80% face coverage, Matt finish. If self Employed covering letter on company Letter Head with Stamp & sign. If salaried leave sanction letter is required with stamp & sign.
• Air tickets Hotel bookings Day to day itinerary (detailed) Bank statement (latest 1 month) with stamp & sign. ITR (latest year) Passport copy and Old Passport copy. Authority letter Agent Aadhar copy For minors - minors authorization form to be notarized and attested by Mantralaya (form Available on website)
• Two Applicant Mobile Number and Applicant Email ID (Travel Agency details are strictly not accepted) Visa Fees & Method of PaymentThe applicant's NAME must show up in the Consulate's bank account. The bank transfer should be made directly from the applicant's own personal bank account, not from the agent's account or another third party's account. Any transfer or deposit method that does not indicate the applicant's NAME in the Consulate's bank account is not suitable for the payment of consular fees.
• If any credit is made without the identification of the applicant by NAME, the service will not be performed, and the amount will not be refunded. It's the applicant's sole responsibility to ensure that the transfer/payment contains his/her name. Kindly note that is not enough that the applicant's name appears on the transaction receipt for a payment to be accepted. The applicant's name must appear in the Consulate's bank statement
