*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance
- Passport copy (Validity more than 6 months with minimum 3 blank pages) Old passport (if any) Covering Letter mentioning the purpose of visit and the date of travelling. (If self-employed/ Partner/ proprietor then use letterhead) For family visit- Invitation letter, address proof, passport and visa copy of the person inviting. If sponsorship- letter from sponsor with bank statement for 3 months with sufficient balance, pay slips for last 3 months and ITR for last 3 years. Recent 2 Photos (size: 35 x 45mm, White Background, Mat Finish, 80% Face) — do not use old photos
- For Business person - Covering Letter on Company Letterhead with Company Stamp & Travelling dates (Attn: To, Visa Officer, CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION, New Delhi) For Business person - Occupation Proof (Company Registration / Memorandum / Partnership Deed ETC) — copy For Salaried person - 3 month Salary Slips + Original Leave Sanctioned Letter - both with Company Stamp
- For Child (Student) - School / College ID - copy 3 Months updated Bank Statement with Bank Stamp on A4 size paper (Personal + Company) — minimum balance Approximately RS /- & above
- 3 Years Income Tax (Personal + Company) — only Acknowledgement page Marriage Certificate Air Ticket — Itinerary (optional).Hotel Confirmation Vouchers (optional)

Post approval charges: 2376/- per person. If we Scan the documents then there is additional charges of RS 250/- If the required documents are submitted after 10 days, an updated bank staternent will be required.
