*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• • Clear scanned coloured copies of the passport's First & Last Pages, and Observation Page (if any). • Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the intended date of arrival in China. Passengers must carry this during submission. Online Application Form: Kindly fill out the form online. Please refer to the detailed form attached for your convenience. Photograph • A clear scanned copy of a recently taken photograph (35x45mm, 70-80% face coverage, white background). • Original photograph to be carried at the time of submission.
• Travel Itinerary: Confirmed return flight tickets. Hotel Booking or an Invitation Letter from a relevant entity or individual in China. The invitation letter rnust include:
• Applicant's details (name, gender, date of birth, etc.). Details of the planned visit (arrival/departure dates, places to be visited, etc.). Information on the inviting entity/individual (name, contact number, address, official stamp, and signature). For individual issuers, a photocopy of their Chinese ID is required. Covering Letter: Original copy to be carried during submission, detailing the place of visit, name, address, and contact number (format attached). Bank Statement: Last 6 months' statement with bank stamp and signature, showing a minimum closing balance of Employment Proof
• • For Employees: Three months' salary slips and a leave letter on company letterhead with stamp & signature. • For Business Owners: GST Certificate or Business License Proof.
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate: Copy with QR code. The original must be carried during submission. Important Notes: • For applicants reapplying for a China tourist visa, a personal statement must include reasons for the revisit, places planned to visit this time, and places visited previously.
