*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Application Form: Complete the form print, and sign. Visa Fee Receipt: Print the receipt. Photograph: One recent passport-size photograph (3.5cm x 4.5cm), in colour, taken within the last SIX months. Passport: Valid for at least three months beyond the intended stay with at least two blank pages. Travel Medical Insurance: Coverage for at least 30,000 Euros valid for all Schengen countries, covering accidents, illness, medical evacuation, and COVID-19. Travel Plans: A certificate from the travel agency or other document confirming travel plans. Fliaht Reservation: Round-trip or multi-country travel reservation. Note: Do not purchase tickets before visa approval.
• Accommodation Proof: Hotel reservations or accommodation guarantees covering the entire stay. Marriage Certificate (if a licable): If traveling with spouse, submit a marriage certificate and ration card if applica e. Minors (under 18): Consent from non-traveling parent(s), copy of parents' IDs, and birth certificate.
• Financial Proof: Original bank statements from the last three months, showing sufficient funds (DKK 350/day for private stays or DKK 500/day for hotels). Source of Financial Support: Income tax returns, employment evidence (if applicable), proof of company registration (if self-employed), or pension statements (if retired).
• Sponsorship (If Applicable): Sponsorship letter and sponsor's ID copy.
