*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Visa Application Form with Photograph : Completed Schengen visa application form, signed and dated by the applicant. Photographs must be recent (within 6 months), 35—40mm wide, showing a close-up of the head and shoulders with the face taking up 70—80% of the image.The photo should be clear, in sharp focus, of high quality with no marks, creases, or unnatural skin tones, and printed on high-resolution, photo-quality paper if taken digitally.
• Travel Document : Passport valid for at least three (3) months after the planned journey. Must have been issued within the last ten (10) years with a minimum of two (2) blank pages. Other Travel Documents : Copies of previous travel documents with Schengen visas issued in the last 59 months, if applicable.
• Travel Medical Insurance : Insurance policy with a minimum coverage of €30,000 valid across the Schengen area, covering COVID-19, sudden illness, accident, and repatriation. Proof of Itinerary : Travel plan detailing destinations within the Schengen area, roundtrip flight reservations, and other relevant tickets. (Ticket purchase is advised only after visa approval.)
• Proof of Accommodation : Confirmed accommodation bookings covering the entire stay in the Schengen area. Proof of Employment : Employment/study verification on official letterhead, including contact details and countersignature. It should detail the applicant's position, salary, and approved leave dates. Unemployed applicants may submit proof of income (if married, spouse's employment certificate and income documents).
• Self-employed applicants should provide GST registration. Proof of Financial Means : Cover letter with a bank statement for the last three (3) months. Indian Tax Return Verification Forms from the last two years. Salary slips for the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Studies : For students, proof of enrolment from their school or institution. Proof of Pension : Documents showing pension or other financial support, if applicable. Third-country Citizen Documents : Valid Indian residence permit (if not a permanent resident, it must be valid for at least three months beyond Schengen departure). Afghan applicants must provide a copy of their national ID card. Additional Documents : Free-form cover letter from the applicant, if necessary.
• Birth Certificate : Pass ort and ID copies of custodian(s) and notarized birth certificate/court decision of custody (i?applicable). Documents for Minors Traveling Without Parents/Guardians : Notarized travel permission from guardians if they are not traveling together with the child. Proof of Custody Changes : Relevant documentation if there have been changes in custody. Request for Visa Revocation (if needed) : Can be added at the Visa Application Centre.
