*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Application Form: Fully completed and signed by the applicant. Photograph: One recent passport-size colour photo with a white background, following ICAO specifications. Passport: Must be valid for at least three months beyond the visa's end date. Must include at least two blank pages. Must have been issued within the past ten years. Travel Medical Insurance: Coverage of at least €30,000.Valid in all Schengen countries for the entire stay. Must cover costs related to medical repatriation, emergency medical attention, and hospital treatrnent. Note: For applications in India, only insurances from specific approved Indian companies are accepted. Passport Copies: Photocopies of the first and last pages, all visas, and entry/exit stamps.
• Previous Passport: If applicable. Cover Letter: Explain the purpose and details of the visit. List of Supporting Documents: Refer to Greece's visa website for comprehensive requirements. Supporting Documents (for All Applicants) Proof of Transport: Flight reservation or ticket for return or round trip. If visiting multiple Schengen countries, include transportation details within the Schengen zone such as intraSchengen flight reservation, train itinerary, or car rental. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel booking, rental, or residence reservation. If staying with friends or family, provide proof of sponsorship and/or accommodation. Proof of Financial Means: Original bank statement from the last three months, signed and stamped by the bank. Indian income tax returns from the last two years. Additional documents may include: Last three months' payslips. Employment contract. Employer's approval for leave. If self-employed, provide a certificate of business registration. If sponsored, include a sponsorship letter

Relationship Proof (for spouses traveling together): Spouse's name should be endorsed in both passports, or provide an original marriage certificate with MEA apostille. For Minors: Consent from non-traveling parent(s), certified by a public notary. Passport copies or birth certificate and ID of the parents. If one parent has a valid visa, a notarized consent letter from that parent is still required. Additional Documents (Depending on Travel Purpose)Business Travel: Invitation letter from the host company. Cover letter from the applicant's employer confirming identity, purpose, and travel dates.
• Education or Internship: Enrolment certificate or invitation from the educational institution. Student card or certificate. Tourism: Booking confirmation from the travel agency or itinerary document. Marriage certificate if marital status is not listed on the passport. Family or Friends Visit: Marriage certificate if applicable .Document proving familial relationship. Cultural, Sports, Religious Events and Film: Crews: Event invitation, ticket, or enrolment confirmation. For film crews: letters confirming shooting plans, crew details, and filming permits. Official Delegations: Copy of official invitation. Note Verbale specifying the applicant's identity, purpose, travel dates, and place of stay. Medical Treatment: Doctor's certificate confirming the need for treatment. Correspondence between the referring and receiving medical institutions. Proof of treatment prepayment. Seafarers: Employment contract and Seaman's book. Invitation from the maritime agency.
• Flight reservation if applicable. Airport Transit: Visa for the destination country .Documents for onward journey. Important Notes: Originals and Copies: All original documents must be accompanied by copies. Additional Documents: The embassy may request additional documentation. Visa Fee: Non-refundable if the visa is denied.
