  • Scanned bio page of the passport showing the photograph and details. For short-term courses: A letter from the relevant institute, organization, or hospital on its letterhead (if applicable). For voluntary work of short duration: A letter from the relevant organization on its letterhead (if applicable). Photograph Specifications for Indian e-Visa: Format: JPEG Size: Minimum 10 KB, Maximum 1 MB Dimensions: The height and width of the photo must be equal. Requirements: Full face, front view with eyes open and no spectacles. Centre head within the frame, with full head visible from the top of hair to the bottom of the chin.   • Applicant's passport should have at least six months validity at the time of making application for grant of e-Visa.
