Valid National Passport o Issued within the last 10 years with at least 3 months validity after the scheduled return. o Must have at least two blank pages. o Handwritten passports or those with observations on the bio-data page are not accepted. 2. Passport Size Photos o Two recent photos (not older than 6 months) with a white background. o Size: 35—40 mm in width; scanned or copied photos are not allowed. 3. Visa Application Form o Completed and signed by the applicant. o For minors: a. Application signed twice by the legal guardian. b. Supporting documents such as custody proof, divorce papers, or death certificates (if applicable). 4. Previous Passports o If applicable, bind them together with a rubber band. Do not staple. 5. Personal Covering Letter o Original letter outlining the travel plan. o For family applications, include a copy of the covering letter with all applications. 6. Introduction Letter (For Employed Applicants) o Original letter on company letterhead, signed and stamped by HR or the directorate. o Include: a. Applicant's position and duration of service. b. A "No Objection" statement regarding the planned trip. c. Trip dates and purpose. 7. Travel Insurance o Minimum coverage: €30,000 / $50,000 / CHF 50,000 per person. o Covers medical emergencies, hospitalizations, and repatriation. o Must cover the entire Schengen territory for the duration of stay. 8. Flight Reservation o Include names of all travellers. o If applicable, provide proof of intra-Schengen travel (flight/train/car rental). 9. Accommodation Proof o Hotel reservations, package tour confirmations, or proof of advance payments. 10. Proof of Financial Status o Originals on A4 size paper, stamped and signed by the bank.
For employed applicants: Last 3 months' salary slips and bank statements. Personal ITR (ITR-V or Acknowledgement) for the last 3 years. For self-employed applicants/company owners: Business registration/GST certificate/partnership deed. Last 3 months' personal and business bank staternents. Personal and company ITR (ITR-V or Acknowledgement) for the last 3 years. For retired individuals: Pension bank statements for the last 3 months. Proof of income from property or business ownership. For students/unemployed applicants: Parents/guardians' bank statements for the last 3 months. Personal ITR (if applicable) and a confirmation letter of financial support. For families traveling together: Submit all applications together, with one applicant (head of family) attaching: Bank statements. ITR (last 3 years).

Additional Documents for Students and Minors: Students above 16 years: Copy of college ID and introduction letter from the institution. Children under 18 years: • If not traveling with both parents, a notarized consent letter from the nontraveling parent/guardian. • If traveling alone, a notarized consent letter from both parents/guardians. • Copies of parents' passports, PAN cards, or driving licenses. 2. Visa Refusal History: o If refused a visa in the last 2 years, provide the refusal notice or a written explanation. Fee Structure: o Visa Fee: Ü9,000/- approx. (€90, subject to exchange rate).
