• Application FormSchengen visa application form: Complete and sign. Travel DocumentsPassport or travel document:Valid for at least 3 months beyond departure from Schengen.At least 2 blank visa pages.lssued within the last 10 years.Copy of all pages of the passport.
  If traveling with minors:With one parent: Notarized consent from the other parent or guardian (if applicable).Alone: Notarized consent from both parents or legal guardians.Provide copies of parents' passports or birth certificate of the minor and ID copies of the parents. Proof of Legal ResidenceEvidence of legal residence (e.g., passport, visa, or residence permit).Residence permits valid for at least 3 months beyond Schengen departure. PhotoOne passport photo meeting Dutch standards, taken within the last 6 months. Proof of TravelFlight reservation (return or round trip).For travel to multiple Schengen countries, intra-Schengen flight/train/car rental proof.
  Accommodation proof:Hotel reservation or rental.lf staying with family/friends, a Proof of Sponsorship form.Marriage certificate (if married) or ration card (if applicable). Proof of Financial MeansPersonal bank statements for the last 3 months (stamped and signed).lncome tax returns for the last 2 assessment years.
  If employed:Last 3 months' payslips.Employment contract and employer's leave approval. If self-employed:company registration certificate. If sponsored:sponsorship form.
  If retired:Pension staternents for the last 3 months.Proof of income from property or business ownership.
  Proof of Health Insurancelnsurance policy in applicant's name.Valid throughout Schengen area for the entire stay.Covers at least €30,000 in medical expenses, including hospital care, emergency treatment, and repatriation.
