*Required Documents for Electronic Visa (Adult) with Insurance

• Visa Application Form: One completed Schengen visa application form, signed in blue ink by the applicant (or both parents if a minor). Include full address, email, and phone number.
  Recent Photograph: One recent (not older than six months) photograph, 35-45 mm on a white background, affixed to the application form.
  Authorization for Minors: If the applicant is a minor traveling alone or with only one parent, a notarized authorization letter signed by both parents is required, along with a notarized copy of the absent parent's passport, PAN card, or driver's license.
  Valid Passport: Applicant's passport with at least two blank pages, valid for three months beyond the intended stay, and issued within the last 10 years. If applicable, include old passports and any recent visa refusal notice.
  Passport Copy: Photocopy of the passport pages with biographic data (for Indian passports, include data at the beginning and end).
  Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance with a minimum coverage of €30,000, valid across Schengen States for the entire stay, covering repatriation for medical reasons and emergency medical treatment.
  Residence Permit: If the applicant is not an Indian national, proof of legal residence in India.
  Proof of Residence in Jurisdiction: Evidence confirming the applicant resides within the consular jurisdiction.
• Trip Details
  Cover Letter: A letter explaining the purpose of the visit.
  Flight Bookings: Roundtrip flight reservation (recommended to book after visa approval).
  Accommodation: Proof of hotel booking for the entire stay.
• Proof of Financial Means
  Bank Statements: Original, signed, and stamped bank statements of the last six months for the applicant and any sponsor, if applicable. If sponsored, include a signed letter from the sponsor detailing covered expenses and proof of the relationship.
  Income Tax Returns: Last two years' Income Tax Returns (ITR-V or Form 16) and a copy of the PAN card of the applicant and sponsor, if applicable.
  Salary Slips: Last three months' salary slips, if applicable.
  Additional Financial Proof: Title deeds for properties in Spain, pension slips, or proof of significant deposits, if applicable.
• Specific Requirements for Business Meetings
  Invitation Letter from Spanish Company: Original invitation letter in Spanish, detailing the purpose of the visit, existing commercial relationships, the applicant's name, passport number, and proposed travel dates.
• For Participation in Conferences, Business Fairs, or Events
  Invitation Letter from Organizers: An original letter detailing the event, mentioning the applicant's name, passport number, event dates, and who covers travel and accommodation costs.
  Corporate Participation Cover Letter: If applicable, a cover letter from the applicant's company listing the employees attending.
